Management

 Management is a human process and it started when human started to work in groups 👥.

One of the best managers whom we have seen in our growing stage will be our mothers 🤶. They plan, organize, direct, coordinate and control and do the all the managerial function without acquiring a management degree. 

Today our world needs more managers who are more humane in nature  just like our mothers and sustainable mangers who have concern for planet, people and profit 🍃.

The number of levels of management in an organization will depend on its size, technology and diversity in its range of production.

The levels of management can be classified in three broad categories:

Ownership (Entrepreneur) 

Top Management (Board of directors, Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive, Managing Director, General Manager)

Middle Management

a)          Senior Middle Management: Departmental heads- Marketing, Finance, HR, Production Managers 

 b) Junior Middle Management : Deputy  Departmental Managers, Branch Managers, Works Managers.

Supervisory Management 

First line Management :Office Managers, Superintendents, General Foremen, Chief Clerks, Supervisors.
